One night, I awoke with a terrible pain with the stomach. I suffered from diarrhea during nearly one hour. Initially, I believed to a banal gastro-enteritis but as time passed and that the pains with the stomach continued, I realized that this problem was corresponding to the increasing of my tinnitus and of a growing giddiness impression. I then understood that I had just been confronted again with a symptom of the Costen syndrome.
